A kinked stair stringer frames into an HSS landing beam supported by an optional HSS post below. Continuous L3x3x1/4 angles provide deck support and ensure a minimum 2-inch metal deck bearing with a 10 gauge closure plate. Fillet welds of 3/16-inch size spaced at 2'-6" intervals secure the structural steel components.
