A concrete tilt-up wall panel bears on a one-foot-two-inch thick concrete footing reinforced with six number four lengthwise bars as shown and number five crosswise bars at sixteen inches on center. Vertical number five dowels extend from the footing into the wall at sixteen inches on center, combined with number four horizontal reinforcing bars placed at twelve inches on center. A continuous two-inch keyway forms the joint between the footing and the wall panel. Drainage is provided by two-inch diameter weep holes at ten feet on center backed by twelve inches of free-draining granular fill. A slab or grade connects to the wall with felt material per architectural drawings, and a top continuous reinforcing bar configuration runs through the wall head.
