This assembly utilizes a 20-gauge Type B metal deck, which is specified as cellular where applicable unless noted otherwise. A hanger is anchored to the deck with a maximum allowable load of 40 pounds per hanger. The installation requires that there be no supports at the flutes on either side of the anchor point.
