A cold-formed metal stud is seated within a track and secured with number ten sheet metal screws at each stud and each flange. The track is fastened to the supporting hollow structural section with number twelve sheet metal screws spaced at sixteen inches on center. The stud size and hollow structural section are sized per plan and elevation.
