A minimum 3-inch precast panel is anchored to a concrete wall utilizing a manufacturer-specified attachment assembly. The connection features a 5/8-inch by 8-inch by 8-foot embed plate anchored into the concrete wall with four 5/8-inch diameter by 7-inch headed studs spaced at 5 inches on center each way. Design loads indicate a maximum dead load of 3.01 kips, a maximum wind load of plus or minus 1.75 kips, and a maximum seismic load of plus or minus 1.67 kips.
