A six-inch thick poured-in-place concrete wall bears on a continuous concrete footing measuring three feet wide by fourteen inches deep, reinforced with three continuous number five bars and number four bars at eighteen inches on center transversely. The wall contains number five vertical reinforcing bars at ten inches on center at the centerline and number four horizontal reinforcing bars at twelve inches on center. A six-inch concrete slab intersects the wall, reinforced with number three bars at eighteen inches on center each way. Vertical dowels tie the footing into the wall and slab construction.
