A six-inch precast concrete wall panel extends six feet maximum above a concrete trash enclosure slab, reinforced with number four vertical bars at twelve inches on center at the center of the panel and number four horizontal bars at eighteen inches on center. The wall panel is supported by a continuous concrete footing measuring three feet wide by one foot three inches deep, set on two inches of grout over three inches of clear cover. The footing contains three number four continuous bottom bars, one number four continuous bar, and number four bars at eighteen inches on center. The six-inch concrete trash enclosure slab ties into the assembly with number three bars at eighteen inches on center each way over erection pads shown beyond.
