Concrete slab step transition reinforced with continuous top and bottom bars per plan and diagonal dowel bars. The step depth dimension "X" has a maximum limit of one foot zero inches unless otherwise noted on plan. Horizontal laps extend one foot six inches minimum on each side of the transition. Number four top and bottom bars are placed at eighteen inches on center with continuous lap splices required as needed.
