An insulated metal panel with a non-combustible mineral wool core providing a minimum R-15.2 thermal value attaches to a concrete wall via galvanized steel hat channels. A fluid-applied air and weather resistive barrier coats the exterior face of the concrete substrate. Through fasteners and hidden fastener clips secure the metal panels, with sizing and spacing determined by a delegated design engineer. Continuous butyl sealant is installed at panel joints per the manufacturer specifications.
