An HSS girt connects to an HSS jamb with a 1/4-inch fillet weld and is coped as required for a bolted connection. An L4x4x1/2 by 1-foot-0-inch angle bracket fastens to the girt using two 3/4-inch diameter A325-SC bolts. A continuous bent plate measuring 1/2 inch ties into the assembly with a 3/16-inch fillet weld to support the wall panel. The entire assembly sits above an elevated concrete slab.
