A brace-to-column web connection at Level 2 features a gusset plate whose thickness is specified per schedule. A stiffener plate matching the gusset plate thickness is welded to the column web with a three-inch radius at corners. The diagonal brace frames into the gusset plate with weld callouts on each side. A framing beam connects to the column flange, with a collector beam included where it occurs. Minimum pullback distances and work points are dimensioned relative to the column centerline.
