A hollow structural section tube connects to a base or connection plate detailed in plan view. The plate measures nine inches long by six inches wide with symmetrical bolt or anchor hole spacing. A three-sixteenth-inch fillet weld secures the hollow structural section tube to the assembly. An alternate plan condition shows a four-inch clear dimension and notes to shift the hollow structural section tube where needed at the end of panels.
