Two structural steel transfer beam sections at levels 7 and 14 detail heavy bolted web connections. Each assembly features steel built-up or standard beams connecting via plates welded or bolted to the webs. The level 14 detail incorporates an eighteen-bolt group of one-inch diameter A490-X high-strength bolts using a one-and-five-eighths-inch thick plate. The level 7 detail utilizes a twenty-one-bolt group of one-inch diameter A490 high-strength bolts with a one-and-seven-sixteenths-inch thick plate on each side of the beam web. Steel columns extend above the transfer beams per structural schedules.
