An exterior dropped concrete spread footing supports a concrete pedestal and column assembly with anchor bolts embedded per the structural schedule. A concrete grade beam and exterior metal stud framing with cladding by others align with the face of the pedestal. Reinforcing dowels and rebar configurations are specified in the footing schedule, maintaining standard clearances such as three inches and two inches of concrete cover.
