A separator beam sized per plan connects to an HSS member using clip angles. An L3x3x1/4 by zero foot three inch clip angle welds to the HSS member with a three-sixteenths inch fillet weld. An L6x6x1/2 by zero foot four inch clip angle secures the assembly using one-inch diameter A325N bolts.
