A steel roof joist connects to a panel utilizing a 0.157-inch diameter powder-actuated fastener spaced at 1'-6" on center. A 12-gauge continuous bent plate fastens to the roof deck with one number 10 self-drilling screw at 12" on center. The connection to the panel is provided by the insulated metal panel supplier.
