A structural steel base plate is anchored to a concrete foundation with three-quarter-inch-diameter threaded rods set in Hilti HIT-HY 200 epoxy with four-and-a-half-inch embedment. The connection utilizes standard hex nuts below and heavy hex nuts with fully engaged threads above, paired with three-eighths-inch washers placed over oversized holes. A one-and-a-half-inch non-shrink grout pad is provided beneath the base plate.
