Edge anchorage assembly for distributed post-tensioned tendons in a concrete slab. Two number four backup bars run horizontally along the slab edge with a minimum three-quarters inch clearance, while post-tensioned anchors are placed vertically unless noted otherwise. Number three hairpins sized to slab thickness are positioned on each side of the anchor at groups of four or more distributed tendons. Banded tendons and distributed tendons are spaced per plan, maintaining a minimum six-inch spacing from the edge and maximum three-inch spacing at groups. Stud rails may be used in lieu of hairpins pending structural engineer of record approval.
