A pipe sleeve with diameter D penetrates a concrete slab or wall of a specified thickness. Clear spacing between adjacent sleeves remains at a minimum of three times the sleeve diameter or four inches, whichever is greater. This spacing requirement ensures structural integrity of the concrete element around the penetration.
