Precast concrete panels meet at an offset joint supported by a chord angle and embed plates sized per schedule. A splice plate with variable width and thickness spans across the panel offset, secured with welded connections sized per schedule. Typical embed plates with headed anchors cast into the concrete panels bear on the structural framing. Gasket or sealant details maintain the joint between the adjacent offset panels.
