The assembly features a concrete foundation wall bearing on a continuous concrete footing reinforced with steel rebar. A concrete slab on grade ties into the interior face of the foundation wall. An exterior masonry retaining wall, per the masonry retaining wall schedule, supports a brick veneer and exterior wall framing consisting of steel studs with attachment to the structure provided by the supplier.
