A structural braced frame gusset plate connects to a base plate and shear lug anchored atop a reinforced concrete pedestal. The pedestal contains number five stirrups at four inches on center and number six dowels at six inches on center totaling ninety-four bars, with a three-inch minimum clearance typical. The assembly rests on a concrete footing with elevations defined for top of pedestal and bottom of pedestal and top of footing sized per plan.
