An L6x6x3/8 structural steel angle provides support for the elevator door sill, supplied by the elevator manufacturer and positioned relative to the center line of the beam. A bent plate specified per detail 13/S-600 forms the edge at the top of the slab. Reinforcement within the slab is provided per plan. A 1/2-inch diameter by 1 foot 6 inch welded deformed bar anchor is embedded at 15 inches on center.
