A precast concrete screen wall with a variable thickness "t" and concrete compressive strength of 3000 PSI bears on a continuous concrete footing with a concrete strength of 2500 PSI. The wall is reinforced with two continuous number 5 bars at the top, vertical "A" bars, and horizontal "B" bars. The footing assembly rests on a continuous foundation and includes an erection pad centered on the centerline of the wall with two inches of grout. Reinforcement within the footing and stem includes number 5 dowels, continuous "C" bars, and "D" bars spaced in each way at the bottom. Finish surfaces are coordinated per architectural drawings.
