Steel beams frame into opposite sides of a structural column with top flange elevations matched or offset per dimensions TF1 and TF2. A shear tab welded to the column web connects to each beam web with multiple rows of bolts sized per plan and schedule. Continuity plates are installed inside the column flanges aligned with the beam top and bottom flanges. Field welds and bolt counts are specified by notes referencing the structural schedule and plan layouts.
