This assembly consists of a vertical support frame for a heat trace power control panel and remote user interface, utilizing Unistrut P1001 vertical struts and P1000 horizontal struts. The vertical struts are mounted to the concrete slab using Unistrut P2073ASQ base posts, each secured with four 1/2-inch diameter Hilti HIT-RE-500-V3 HAS E-55 anchor rods with 5 inches of effective embedment. The control panel and user interface are attached to the strut frame using P1047 brackets, various hex head cap screws, flat washers, and spring-loaded channel nuts. The assembly maintains a minimum 8-inch edge distance from the edge of the existing concrete foundation.
