A concrete tilt-up wall panel is anchored to a concrete footing using an embedded steel plate measuring half-inch by six inches by one foot zero inches with two three-quarter-inch diameter by six-inch headed stud anchors. An angle measuring three and one-half inches by three and one-half inches by three-eighths of an inch by zero feet five inches connects to three-quarter-inch diameter by five-inch headed stud anchors and two three-eighths-inch diameter by twenty-four-inch dowel bars. An attachment angle measuring four inches by three inches by three-eighths of an inch by zero feet four inches is welded with five-sixteenth-inch fillet welds on three sides. A one-and-one-half-inch layer of non-shrink grout is provided beneath the wall panel.
