A 250PFC skewed steel beam connects to a structural column web using a ten-millimeter-thick by one-hundred-forty-millimeter-deep cleat plate. The cleat plate is welded to the column web with a six-millimeter fillet weld on all round and secured to the beam web with two M20 bolts. Additional steel framing connects to the opposite side of the column per structural plans.
