A base plate rests on nut and washer A, with a two-inch rod projection above the plate. The anchor rod extends into the concrete foundation to a specified embedment length, terminating with nut and washer B, with threads staked and extended one-half inch beyond the nut. A one-quarter inch thick anchor rod template for each rod group requires an additional nut per rod. Hole diameters in the template measure one-sixteenth inch larger than the rod diameter. Anchor rod threading extends four inches below the top of the base plate for one-inch diameter rods, and six inches for one-and-one-half-inch diameter rods.
