A post-tensioned concrete slab bears on a concrete wall with two layers of building felt applied over a trowel-smooth and level bearing surface. Top reinforcing bar dowels from the wall below extend into the slab through a two-and-a-half-inch diameter by six-inch styrofoam sleeve at each slab reinforcing bar. A two-and-a-half-inch diameter by slab-depth styrofoam sleeve surrounds each wall reinforcing bar at the joint. Post-tension end anchorages are provided per schedule and referenced details, while top reinforcing is doweled into the wall below.
