Cold-formed metal studs sized 600S200-54 are spaced at 16 inches on center with bracing at 48 inches on center. A hollow structural section per plan is framed between the upper and lower stud tracks. Fasteners connect the framing components through two fasteners per spacing interval. A deflection track accommodates movement at the structural interface. DensGlass exterior gypsum sheathing per architectural specifications covers the exterior face of the stud assembly.
