A column base plate is secured with 1-1/4 in. diameter anchor bolts equipped with leveling nuts. A minimum washer is required at oversized holes. The base plate thickness 'T' is determined per schedule. 3 in. maximum of non-shrink grout is specified beneath the plate, with a 1'-0" anchor bolt embedment depth.
