Precast concrete panels meet at a corner angle connected by an embedded one-half-inch by eight-inch by eight-inch steel plate with two three-foot-long number five reinforcing bars spaced at four inches on center. A four-by-four-by-three-eighths-inch steel angle, zero feet five inches long, ties the panel corner together with a quarter-inch fillet weld. The joint cavity is grouted after welding is complete and reinforced with four-by-four W2.1 by W2.1 welded wire fabric.
