A structural steel channel chord connects to a concrete tilt-up wall panel utilizing concrete anchors and welded connections. Additional Kwik Hus-Ex anchors secure the channel chord to the concrete wall panel. A steel joist frames into the channel chord assembly, joined by a 3/16-inch fillet weld on two sides. The concrete tilt-up panel contains horizontal and vertical wall reinforcement, with provisions for architectural reveals or recesses as specified on the architectural plans.
