Utility trenches must be backfilled and compacted in accordance with the geotechnical report. No digging for pipe trenches parallel to the footing is permitted within the designated boundary zone. A minimum clearance distance of one foot six inches is maintained between the footing and the utility trench. Backfill material is placed and compacted adjacent to the concrete stem wall and spread footing according to the specified slope limits.
