An angle shape designated as L 4x4x1/4 supports the fan while being tied to the bottom chord panel point using seismic wire. Additional seismic wire rope or cable is connected with loops and a company eighteen cable designated as LOOS & CO. 18-CBL on each side. The fan support must be located a maximum of six inches from the panel point or auxiliary web. Seismic wire is also tied to the top chord panel point.
