Structural steel beam splices are designed for slope changes at roof ridges, valleys, and floor transitions. The assembly accommodates wide-flange beams, channels, or hollow structural section beams joined at an angle. The splice connection is fully welded using complete joint penetration welds across the web and flanges. Slope direction and sizing are coordinated with structural plans and architectural drawings.
