Utility pipe sleeve passing through the center of a grade beam or where the sleeve interferes with top reinforcement. Rebar is jogged or spaced to maintain a minimum one-inch clearance from the outside face of the sleeve. Top and bottom reinforcement requires a minimum one-inch clearance, with a minimum two-inch clearance at specific locations. A one-to-six slope transition is provided for deformed rebar around the sleeve diameter.
