Reinforcing layout at a cast-in floor box opening in a slab on grade consists of two number five diagonal bars, four feet zero inches long and centered on each corner of the opening. Two number five continuous bars extend four feet zero inches past the corners of interior openings. Maximum dimensions and box placement are coordinated per architectural drawings.
