An adhesive anchor assembly consists of a threaded rod with a matching nut and washer embedded into a drilled hole in a concrete member and secured with epoxy grout. The embedment depth and minimum concrete thickness are dimensioned relative to the concrete faces. A reinforcing bar alternative is similarly embedded into a drilled hole with a specified drill diameter and epoxy grout.
