Structural steel framing details show beam-to-column flange and beam-to-beam bolted double angle connections. The bottom flange is coped up to a maximum length with a two-inch minimum clearance to the beam cope when required for erection. Double angles are fastened with bolts spaced at three inches on center typically, maintaining specified clearances to the face of the web and column flange.
