A pipe sleeve penetrates a corrugated steel deck, secured with an eighteen-gauge steel plate fastened by number ten sheet metal screws spaced at six inches on center each way. The plate dimensions scale according to the pipe diameter, ranging from a twelve-inch square for pipe diameters of four inches or less, to a twenty-four-inch square for pipe diameters up to eight inches, and a thirty-six-inch square for pipe diameters under twelve inches.
