An ASTM Grade 50 steel washer plate per AISC Table 14-2 is centered over an anchor bolt and welded to the underlying base plate. The base plate is sized per schedule and sits atop the supporting concrete or structural element. A fillet weld sized at TW/2 secures the washer plate to the base plate along the specified perimeter.
