A stair channel stringer connects to a structural embed plate centered on the stringer web. The embed plate measures 5/8 inch thick by 8 inches by T, welded or anchored with two 1/2-inch by 6-inch headed concrete anchors spaced at 6 inches. The work point aligns with the nosing line, offset by 3 inches and 1/2 inch. The channel stringer and its attachment to the structure are provided by others.
