A pipe sleeve penetrates a corrugated metal roof deck and is secured by an 18 gauge steel plate fastened with number 10 sheet metal screws at six inches on center each way. Sizing criteria dictate plate dimensions based on pipe diameter, ranging from a twelve inch square for pipes four inches in diameter or smaller, up to a thirty-six inch square for pipes greater than twelve inches in diameter.
