A concrete slab bears on a reinforced concrete grade beam supported by a screw pile. HD12 epoxy starter bars are spaced at 200 millimeters center-to-center at the entrance with a 100-millimeter embedment into the grade beam. The exterior grade slopes away from the slab nosing, and the concrete surface is roughened. Sheetpiling is installed by others adjacent to the grade beam, with the screw pile located beyond.
