A four-by-six rafter frames into a continuous six-by-four-by-five-sixteenths angle supported by a five-sixteenths-inch thick bent plate embedded in the precast concrete wall panel. The bent plate features two seven-eighths-inch diameter welded studs at twenty-four inches on center, and the assembly anchors to the concrete wall with seven-eighths-inch diameter anchor bolts reinforced by two number-four continuous bars. One-quarter-inch thick by four-inch plates are installed on each side, fastened with two three-quarter-inch diameter machine bolts. An eighteen-gauge by two-inch wide continuous galvanized strap secures on top of the sheathing using power-driven fasteners with two pins installed within the nailing zone.
