A three-quarter-inch diameter threaded rod connects to a number two-and-one-half clevis and a one-half-inch thick plate welded to a hollow structural section sized per plan. A three-quarter-inch diameter pin secures the clevis through the plate, which is attached with three-sixteenth-inch fillet welds on both sides.
