A supported steel beam frames into the web of a supporting wide-flange beam or hollow structural section column using a bolted shear tab connection. Plate sizes and bolt configurations are sized per structural plans, with specific high-load connections detailed per drawings 6/S-503 and 12/S-503. Beams occur on both sides of the support where indicated.
