A structural steel column base plate is detailed in plan with four corner anchor bolts and a central grout hole matched in size to the anchor bolt holes. Dimensions and plate width and length are sized per schedule. The column flange is welded to the base plate with a 5/16 inch fillet weld or AWS minimum.
